No. You can create a free InkVoice account with email or Google and use it independently. If you already use Zentro, you can also open InkVoice from your business and reuse prepared sales or service information.

Open the editor, replace the sample information with your own details and choose a design. You can explore before signing up; create your free account to save, manage and download invoices.

InkVoice Free currently includes up to 10 saved invoices, 20 official PDF exports, and the Modern and Simple templates. InkVoice Pro will add unlimited use and every Premium design. Payments are not enabled yet.

From an authorised Zentro business, you can open InkVoice from a sale or service. InkVoice receives the customer, lines and amounts so you do not have to retype them. There is no public InkVoice sign-in using a business code and PIN.

Yes. Upload your logo and use it on your documents. If you come from Zentro, InkVoice can start with the logo already configured for your business.

You can edit drafts. Issuing an invoice assigns its fiscal number and locks the document to preserve consistency.

Your dashboard separates drafts, outstanding invoices and paid invoices. Issued invoices past their due date are marked overdue.

Open the invoice and select “Download PDF”. Each official export generates an A4 PDF using the template and customisation you configured.

Yes. InkVoice includes Modern, Simple, Classic, Minimal, Corporate and Creative. Free includes Modern and Simple; Premium designs will arrive with InkVoice Pro. Zentro users have access to every template.

Yes. The editor, dashboard and download flow adapt to mobile, tablet and desktop.

No. InkVoice keeps the reference to the original sale or service, so the invoice does not create a second sale in Zentro reports.
